Hi, I have been doing ballet for 2 years and I heard that floor bars really help your turn out, core, and strength all together. I have looked for websites, but all I have found were websites for actual ballet barres. So, please help because I want to practice I mean floor bars not floor barres, like technique printables you could do at home, kind of like pilates. Thanks anyway for the advice
