Why do i get light-headed when i do a back cambre in ballet?

Question: Why do i get light-headed when i do a back cambre in ballet?

It's been going on for a while.. I don't hold my breath when I do it but no matter if I exhale/ inhale I always end up light- headed.

You're not drinking enough fluids. it happens to me when i don't drink enough water. Drink more and make sure that you go back from you're shoulders first not you're waist. (this will help in allot of things including back problems) Hope i helped!!!
